El Fénix is the rebirth of an illusion, of a life, of the hope for things well done, of a search for life in peace and harmony… amidst nature and ourselves. 

After a very intense life as a Chef, my health put a brake on the path I was taking, and in that turning off, I saw a possibility of a future and a rebirth in this project. Continuing to make the world enjoy what we do with products directly from nature and animals, giving them the added value they deserve to elevate them to the position they should be. 

Handcrafting a life of respect, enhancing the internal values of each element that constitutes our products, through work, dedication, patience, and perseverance.
